About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified General Practitioner holding Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) to join our busy and supportive practice. As a Fellow GP, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care across a broad range of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct preventive health checks, health assessments, and screenings.
- Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records using clinical software.
- Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
- Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship/permanent residency or appropriate visa).
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience using Best Practice.
- Additional skills or interests in areas such as women’s health, chronic disease management, mental health, or skin procedures.
